At Patriot Home Inspectors we do our best to make sure that we’re super approachable, and that you’re as comfortable as possible from the moment we arrive on property. And we always make ourselves available for conversation after the inspection concludes.

Our Process

What to Expect When You Partner with Us

Residential inspections

Our residential inspections are conducted in full compliance with MA CMR 2.66. We assess all major components of your home, including the:

Roof
Structure (e.g. basement)
Attic
Exterior (e.g. siding)
Interior
Heating system
Electrical system
Other components where applicable (e.g. central a/c)

Consultations

A consultation is an abbreviated, informal and non-invasive inspection that is utilized when the client may not be able to contract for a standard home inspection.
A consultation does not come with a report (a home inspection does) and can be performed during an open-house or scheduled showing.

Post-purchase inspection

A post-purchase inspection can be performed after a home was purchased and an inspection may have been waived.

Commercial Inspections

Patriot Home Inspectors is available to inspect commercial properties of any size.

Radon Testing

Radon is a naturally-occurring colorless, odorless radioactive gas that originates from the ground. The EPA identifies radon as the leading cause of lung cancer in people who do not smoke. A radon test can determine the presence of radon in a new or existing property.

Rates

Our residential inspection rates start at $375 and are tiered based on the size & age of your residence1.

Our consultation and assessment rates start at $200 and are tiered based on the size & age of your residence1. (On average, our consultation rates are about ½ the cost of a home inspection rate.)

Our commercial rates start at $500 and tiered based on the size & age of the property being inspected1.

Our radon test are $75 [electronic] and $150 (cannister) when done in conjunction with a home inspection.
